sala4D recently completed Tender Documentation for the $1.8mill upgrade in Burwood Park. This followed concept design and masterplanning for the park and included key items including: a new inclusive playspace, new accessible toilet facilities, additional paths and picnic facilities, chess area and off-leash fenced dog area.
As a regionally based firm, the first question Council had for our team was if there would be any problems with distance. We regularly travel to Sydney as it is very easy for us, even at short notice.
Construction commenced mid-2025 and is scheduled for completion in March 2026. sala4D will be on-site as required for inspections and trouble-shooting.
